2.) Comprehensive analysis evaluating your current nutritional practices. This customized report (.PDF) is e-mailed (and mailed to address provided) to you within 72 hours of your initial phone consultation. This report includes:
Dietary analysis of 1-Day Food Recall
Recommendations for improved food choices for optimal performance
Assistance with designing your own custom meal plans
Detailed Goal Progression
Recomendations for pre- and post- recovery foods

3.) Phone Session Follow-up with Megan Moran, RD. In this session the full report will be analyzed and any questions or follow-up topics can be discussed.
